You should have seen the truck in Springfield
Project Responder was totally awesome in Springfield at the
4 Wheel Drive Jamboree! The show was great, albiet a little chilly. There were a couple of small issues that had to be dealt with but other than that the show went off without a hitch. Project Responder was parked up near the main stage after driving around the show grounds a few times with the lights flashing and the siren wailing. The kids at the show just went nuts when the "
fire truck" came by.
Although the truck did not win any trophies, it was a huge learning experience and hopefully the next show, the truck will have a better chance of taking home an award. It's really not a big deal as the reaction and response from the show goers was what made all the hard work worth the effort.
